The actual source must be from the BBC2 radio broadcast rather than taken during the actual Christmas concert at Newcastle City Hall on 24.12.1984 as originally mentioned.
Apart from the usual Lindisfarne 'standards' this recording contains a version of Rod's "Living on a baseline", 8 years before its appearance on "Buried Treasures II", but also the accapella version of "I remember the nights" and finally Alan gave "Run for Home" a 2 min. piano intro.
The second part give us Alan Hull solo on guitar and piano from an appearance at a Ralph McTell Show around 1983.
