The Rex HotelWell,we set off from Swansea at 9am to get the train to Newcastle, arrived at Whitley Bay on the Metro at 5.20pm.We found The Rex Hotel alongside the beautiful Whitley Bay coastline.Booked a taxi for 7pm to get us to The Maggie. As we arrived there, who should be stood near the doorway, but Billy himself pint in hand, with his son Tom and friends.Tom joined Billy in the set along with Rach of ex-MORGAN LE FAY.They were superb, you missed a great night if you weren't there. I tried to jot down as many of the songs as I could, sorry if I have got any of the titles wrong.

All that is left for me to say is CONGRATULATIONS to DAVE HULL DENHOLM! Billy told us that he had the grades he was hoping for in his art degree.Well done Dave,we are so proud of you mate.Just one question, how come the Geordies are so gifted? Nah,I'm not doing an "Anne Robinson",honest.I just live in awe of that nation.Great actors,footballers,singer-songwriters! The Geordies have it all. And,what is more my friends, they have to be the nicest, friendliest folk you could ever wish to meet.Ah,I'm in love!!
